the reason I don't think that the buyer is AGL is because AGL is already a Substantial S/h with 12.8%, so any material purchases of MOS shares by AGL, must be notified to the ASX.
We havn't seen any notices, despite that 58m going thru days ago, so I think AGL will wait to see what MOS Board decides.
AGL needs the recommendation of the MOS Board in order to submit an Offer by way of a Scheme.
So if they don't get that recommendation, then they may well walk away.
here's hoping of an agreed increase in offer price.
