Jake, I agree with most of what you say. However the s/price went up today on strong volume. This indicates people "getting in" rather than "getting out". The s/price does not conveniently rise to allow people to get out.
I think that the buyer must be either AGL or a rival bidder.
Little chance that that much volume could be generated by a speculator(s).
