on the day the "proposal" was announced, over 58m shares were traded at around 13.0c - 13.5c.
maybe the trades today were people getting out?

the big question is what will the Board's response be?

if they reject the AGL proposal, and if AGL walk away, the shares will crash.
Frankly, i don't think MOS will reject the AGL advance outright.
we may see MOS request further time to consider the AGL proposal.
we may see MOS try to do a deal wrt the SUGS seperately; ie sell the SUGS to AGL, or even J/v the SUGS?

But one thing is bloody certain in my mind - MOS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME !!!!

this bid will act as a catalyst.
whatever happens, in my view, if AGL walks away, and the SP collapses as I suspect it will, I will be calling for a wholesale dumping of the MOS Board!
    Too long coming IMHO.

At least they have UBS to act as an advisor, so UBS may get the Board moving on other alternatives.

Anyway, tomorrow we will hear something - whatever.

    cheers
