Heathgate is not listed on the ASX. It is a 100% owned subsidary of a private US company US Atomic. They also owned Quasar who are in with AGSat the 4 mile discovery to the west of Beverly U mine. The rest of the land to the north, south and west is GIR's and Heathgates
