They can hold off on a CR until Q1 next year but they need a JV partner or else the share dilution to even get $1M for more drilling/exploration would be highly dilutive @ 0.001....I am sure they are hoping the market sentiment becomes more positive before then with consequent SP rise at least a few pips...I would also bet they are looking for a JV partner...
