Unfortunately Novo had a news release overnight which confirmed they had basically abandoned all work on Purdys/Comet Well at least untill 2Q 2019. Their mineralisation report and hence bulk mining plans are not being worked on. They are concentrating on other projects.
A few of those who bought KAI and others for their conglomerate gold potential are probably abandoning the sector altogether, Novo has made such a mess of things, infighting, messed up results etc that confidence in this sector is down. We might see more of this for a while if Novos SP collapses further as most expect.
Its a storm to weather, just be patient, there are others stepping up to the conglomerate plate to lead the way, it just takes time.
