Starting to move again Nanood, FOMO
There is a couple of things that could propel this very quickly, first is the US/China Trade deal. According to news reports that's going well and could be signed off in a few weeks time.
Second is the golden cross on the DOW, look it up. This should also occur shortly, this could cause a bullish reversal across all markets, IMO.
