I still think that the low volume would suggest it might not be related to one of the big players and just nervous small holders bailing.

But Donnison's departure after seeing the merger this far through & topping up mid last year would suggest He might have liked to stick around for longer timeframes. And perhaps some other influence, whether it be a larger shareholder or board members pressured him out. Still think that potentially these nefarious tactics are positive for holders as hopefully imply the the newly merged company is onto a good thing.

hard to say for certain though.
