Anyway, back on topic ... this AGM is fairly standard fair IMO. I can not see any resolution not being passed.

The CR and timing was well handled and EVERY HOLDER had a chance to purchase shares at less than the current traded value with 1 option for every 2 shares bought thrown in as a sweetener. To cry foul when the coy is now in quite a good position going forward seems a little bit rich/sour. Perhaps some did not take up their entitlements ?!?!?!

Seems some don't think the BoD have earned an allotment of options. IMO they have, and as such will get my vote. Just remember the BoD will want that SP higher if they are holding and I do not mind them being incentivised to perform.

Would not stress chrome. Looks like the coy is moving in the right direction and is dangerously close to actually making a good deal of coin..... Good luck all.
