If the company does its part to deliver these contracts, then the market will do its part and expand the PE.

Nothing as powerful as increasing profits and an expanding PE from one as low as 4 times earnings. This is where the big bucks are made. If only you could find one of these every year....

Still quite amazed that it is only trading at a PE of 4. Astounding actually. If it was trading at a PE of 12 it would still be outstanding value at a SP of 1.20.
