one thing is certain imo, this is going to court. if chm settled for any less than several hundred million with so many shares on issue it would be disaster for chm. mmx is never going to offer that sort of amount when the court could go either way (this is the reality of court cases, not an opinion of the merrrits of the case). whoever wins, there is sure to be appeals and this will go into next year.
