Arbitration is fully paid up from what I understand and they were expecting it to run till around March/April

If they smell a win and think they can leverage a buy out, it would make sense

Remember under the terms of the agreement, the aggrieved party is entitled to buy out the defaulting parties stake for negligible consideration

Eric would be far smarter to sell out prior to a ruling against him if that’s the case
