Sorry webral as I didn't answer your question re exercise price of the Director options properly. Yes, there's a good chance the SP isn't going higher in the interim, but not sure it would go much lower either. I don't think their exercise price will be too different than that offered in the RI.
As it says in several places in the GM Notice ... "The Options to be issued to (Director name) and/or his nominee will be on terms substantially similar to the Options to be issued to the shareholders under the Company’s upcoming non-renounceable rightsissue".
As for Lind I guess we'll know in a few days whether they off loaded any shares yesterday. They were sitting at just over 5% holding, so any significant sell down would be reported in coming days. If they did off load then hopefully it's gone to stronger hands. And if they didn't what are they sticking around for?
