over the last 5 days on which sales of Shares are recorded immediately prior to the date of grant of the Option at any
time prior to 5pm (ADST) on 30 April 2017 (Expiry Date) by completing an option exercise form and delivering it, together
with payment for the number of Shares in respect of which the Option is exercised, to the registered office of the
Company. Any Option that has not been exercised prior to the Expiry Date automatically lapses.
