mickkeat, someone on thr CGP threads a day or so ago, had some info on cost and margin. Dunno where the post is now, but there are some pretty switched on people on the CGP threads who know a bit. Whoever can copy that post gets a thumb up by me (more valuable than a CGPOA option even. ;))
