20c is equivelant to 4c in the old structure and that is where all the SI's entered.

Please make the effort to call the MD and get the comfort I have in where we are and where we are going.

I know a lot of the SI's and they are doing everything to help with intro's to people who can help make a difference to the company's future.

You have made a wise choice entering at these levels.
