yu yu- thats the story of r/e generally,i am sure there are exceptions ,however mof have a mature portfolio and sales will be selective,like all r/e daily valuations have little to do with long term returns,a 94 valuation is still significantly lower than today,profile the whole portfolio and you will have a clearer picture of risk mitigation ,which mof appear to be particularly good at even given the aggressive positions they adopt on individual property.
they look for the biggest potential bang for a buck with, in a relative sense the lowest downside
