OK. Thanks Betman and gj. We have 823,000 on the table. Only problem is we need 7,505,000 shares to get the 5% needed to call an EGM under section 249D of the Listing Rules. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Good news is if we can get to 5%, we serve the notice on CTN managaement to send voting papers to all shareholders. CTN bears the costs of doing this. This would probably cost CTN minimum $20,000 plus management time/swearing. Who else is going to get on the bandwagon?
