If management dont address this issue quickly, the hedge funds will do it for them. Laxey and the boys are not far away from finishing off AIQ, they will be cashed up and looking for their next prey.
I can see it now, contact a few of the big holders in CTN, make a few off-market trades and build a position over a 6-9 period and then call an EGM.
