Goodwork S69, I make that 1,4M odd votes on the table ....
where are all the other posters?? get it to 2M & I will get seriously interested and lobby a few friends to buy in and lets do the job!!!! Worst we can do is make some very easy $$$$$$$ me thinks.

By the way had a quick look on line & the rules for an EGM as I understand it (based on Corporations Act) are 5% of issued shares (@ 150.089 M shares based on March NTA announcement that is 7.5M required) OR 100 members. This is based on the following (anyone got any other views?)

"CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 249D
Calling of general meeting by directors when requested by members
(1) The directors of a company must call and arrange to hold a general meeting on the request of:

(a) members with at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at the general meeting; or

(b) at least 100 members who are entitled to vote at the general meeting"

Food for thought is that getting to 100 members (presume that equates to shareholder???) might not be that difficult. We have more than 10 interested on this post ... add a partner a couple of kids, some friends and that can be multiplied fairly quickly. Food for thought there??? Others thoughts??
