I am happy to vote my 34000 and a mate with 58000 likewise if you take the approach suggested by Zman.
The attempt by the Intelligent Investor to place two directors on RHG and to get rid of one director which succeeded in getting to a vote but ultimeately failed may have some lessons for this attempt.
Shareholder activism is good. At least it puts boards on notice to perform.
