Using your estimates cash will reduce by approx - $350K - $1.65M in the kitty @ Dec 31 - I think this is getting on the lean end of being able to operate freely - ie make snap decisions to boost inventory - pursue new opportunities etc.

I agree that this quarter needs to be a "blinder" (using your numbers 45% up on last 4C - not acheived in the previous 3 * 4C's) - but additionally the next quarter Q3 (future direction) needs to be similiar or expected to be better ie. CFP - self funding growth - confidence they are weaning themselves from support.

However - if opportunities arise then sure seeking additional funding will be viewed well - if the core business is CFP or soon to be - self sustaining.

I would like to see them get to and be operating without the cash position monkey on their back - at the moment I think they and the market know the monkey is there - hence the SP weakness - apart from the game players in the background (the source of VonTrader's concerns) who wouldn't have a game to play if the other issues weren't there.
