ASIC are interested knowing more about this mob; go to www.asic.gov.au/ complain give as much detailed info as you can, It would appear their company constitution could be illegal. anyway without getting too far ahead of things, all who face losing on the consolidation should take the time to complain to ASIC and let the chips fall. There is only effort to lose, and our sp value to gain,it needs more than one or two to be heard loudly.
