    I think the problem here might be, the currently holders may have higher cost bases and there is resource upgrade drilling going on, with top 20 holding 65℅ of the shares it's pretty hard to get into the company without pushing the price up, also PFS planner for release in Q2, probably not the greatest time to be selling
