    Malmanu,

Ross Benson - Chairman - gives a fairly indepth interview here:

In it he talks about the business model, the ownership structure, why they floated on the ASX, why he and Investorlink are involved and also the barriers to entry. It is over a year old, although I found it very helpful in understanding their proposition and appreciating their postion.

I have just read their FY15 1H results and IMO they hit my expectation. I would have liked to seen more on the outlook - for eg about expected growth, any update on competition / barriers to entry, how they will maintain their monopoly - although given the importance of getting through the escrow release period - I think we can expect more in the form of updates.

I think they are desparate to get off the ASX as in many people's opinions who own this company - it is just slipping under the radar for many investors.

It will be very interesting when all these shares come out of escrow; for the personal big holders ..... will they sell and make a few million for themselves and grind the share price down to a few cents.  Or will the extra float result in bigger chunks being owned by other institutions and stakeholders - driving the price higher as a result of the vote of confidence.

I would expect this quarter they will tone down some of the growth expenses to generate net profit and kickstart the share price again. My bet is on this share price heading significantly higher post escrow, and once criteria are met - a float on the Hong Kong stock exchange. They don't seem like amateurs and I don't think they will sellout for a few million; more like they will keep the business on its current trajectory, leverage the relationships and get a few squillion!!
