    Mr William Wang seeking a seat on the board which was declined. Mr Wang says this decision will be unacceptable to him and the Asian shareholders he represents and may call a Special General Meeting to have some directors removed.

    Also Portman have completed a visit to the site.

    The plot thickens, interesting times ahead for Mindax.
