EL, I think the funding uncertainty is hurting AOE, its not just the weakness in gas stocks generally. Since its big drop a few weeks ago after some poorly thought out comments AOE has struggled to post gains even on strong up days for most other stocks. Shorters are free to attack AOE right now knowing there is an issue coming and they can cover at a lower price.
