Yes there is a testing regime I read about somewhere that uses a short period of testing at high temperatures from which data retention at lower temperature is extrapolated.
Weebit has confirmed in a table comparing 4ds, crossbar etc in which they completely outdo the competition in every aspect besides the data retention.
All others had much higher retention figures both in time and temperature.
This was a direct comparison and not a different way of reporting it.
We definitely need higher numbers.
Also, the major investment rational behind wbt for me, is the fact that it is non volatile so uses less power than dram with comparable speeds.
The table is there somewhere in one of their presentations.
