Again your references to other companies have no relevance here.
I think you will find in most cases individuals have complied with substantial shareholders notice requirements rather than non complied so why should you assume that WBT is any different. Of course its a possibility but by the same token your argument would suggest there is a possibility that they may have in fact purchased.
