I wouldn't be surprised if anyone who took part in the cr, have just sold to recover their costs, but not sure why they would do it at a loss , ie $1k per 1M shares at ea $0.001 from $0.03.5
Then again those selling from escrow could be the ex ceo & the ex director who became ceo of utr, but I haven't checked if/how many shares they had in escrow.
