They have sent the packaged 1mb array chip to 20 potential customers for evaluation/feedback, their product still needs fine tuning but that can be done specifically to a future partners requirements. This way the chip is specifically tailored to meet certain criteria's for whatever the new partner requires. Meanwhile the future partner(s) pay us to fine tune the chip to their needs, removing the need for any CR. Once the chip is ready for mass production, we license out our IP of the technology and they produce it in their billion dollar laboratories, while paying us royalties/fees.
Edit: Either that ^ or we get bought out for 5billion lol.
