This is a $US play and a property play in the United States focusing on the New York area. The NY property market is hotter than hot. The US Masters Residential Property Trust will hit its straps once the pipeline of refurbishments is completed and the many empty properties are made available for lease. If the USD/AUD exchange rate heads well south to $0.70c then watch URF fly, especially now that it has increased its liquidity following the last capital raising at $1.95.
The fall today of $0.04 was on the lowly volume of 5,000 shares. This is an absolute buy for anybody wanting to invest in US real estate, a great place to put long term SMSF funds.
