Is it possible that WHSP are increasing their substantial holding?

Ive noticed today that there is a constant accumulation of 3000-5000 shares every 5 mins or so, I was seeing a bit of this yesterday as well.

In the substantial shareholding notice issued on the 16/12/11 you will see that they were buying small parcels of shares from the 29th of Sep to the end of Oct and then had the one big hit of 8m.

Sometimes when the bots get involved it is for a major, they try to accumulate shares over a period of time without pushing the SP up dramatically by purchasing smaller quantity's
