"I Will Survive" performed so badly that it was beaten by SBS nature documentary "Bears of the Last Frontier" (330,000) and a repeat of "Heartbeat" (325,000) on the 7TWO
Ten afternoon soapie "The Bold and the Beautiful" (413,000) rated better than "Survive", as did "Neighbours" (306,000) which Ten has relegated to digital channel Eleven.
"I Will Survive's" terrible ratings hurt Ten drama "Puberty Blues", which dropped to 673,000 viewers last night.
Mr Allen believes Ten will have to persist with "I Will Survive" because it doesn’t have any suitable replacement shows.
"I Will Survive" screens two nights a week –-Tuesday and Wednesday.
"I don't think they can pull it off air," Mr Allen says. "They're stuck with it.
