Another observation Oranje,

I notice these dates coinside with the major banks in the 200asx coming off a bit.

It's early in any bubble correction and more time needed but maybe those institutions using asx200 as their guide may of stopped buying the major banks as they have become over bought and therefore expensive.

So they maybe looking elsewhere for value for their dollars.

If so it is encouraging that there is some accumalation going on in this.

And if that is so ,maybe accumalation being undertaken by other institutions other than chandler.

Lets hope it goes as far as reaccessing which ones go on the overweight lists and which ones go on the underweight lists.
