Ok PS - all the best with your investment in Legacy.  I averaged down to around 4.6c after buying over 2 million shares from the start of 2011.  And you are correct, it was definitely wrong timing on this speculative stock.  Please be careful who to trust as promises are easily made and in this cut-throat market, anything is possible - both good and bad.

I also suspect that there are shareholders who hold a fair amount of shares (considerably more than I did) that are still holding and waiting for the day to offload - they too also bought in at very high prices and are not happy.  Therefore, any announcement from LCY to rock the share price big time must be an absolute company game changing announcement.  If not, then I suspect the share price will always remain sub 1c as many unhappy old shareholders have a lot to unload.
