Imo NMDC will use LCY as a vehicle to acquire further assets as they need an Australian company to do this.
LCY is just a subsidiary of NMDC already and has very little hope of ever being taken over. The sp is of no consequence to NMDC as they will put any cash up to purchase any future assets. LCY is a captive of the Indians
