Meh true they should have said something but I don't the Drop is that significant for them to have to. It was a gradual one rather than instant one. Plus it was only 13%. They didn't have to say anything when price went up by 13% recently with no new announcements so they don't have to do it for the drop either. Pretty sure the ASX requirement for it is for much larger gains/drops.
Tbh I would dismiss this move as Random walks however what is bothering me is the extreme volume of the trades going up to 3.4% of total floating shares in one day. My guess is that someone with a massive holding was disposing rather than individuals re-acting to something. I assume that whoever that person/institution was needed the capital urgently for whatever reason or there was a change of preference in their holding policy. This is most likely scenario as if it was based on non-public information they would be in serious trouble since tracking it would not be difficult for ASX.
