Rather than post mischieviously, why don't you do what most people do and put some effort into answering your own question. Why not try calling them directly rather than rely on 2nd hand information, especially from a forum such as HC.

You are beginning to sound very much like another very bitter imbecile, by the name of Cerhob, that posts nothing but derogatory comments on HER.
Had that fool bought instead of running HER down at the time, he/she/it/whatever would be very wealthy by now.

So, to save you wasting your "valuable" time doing the footwork, below are the contact details....try putting your hand in your pocket and ring them.....and there's a bonus ~ you'll just be in time to claim the expense in this year's return.

Ask for Nanette Allen re Jaguar or Terry Allen re Herald.
If you don't have any luck with those two, ask for Mike Wright who's involved with both companies.

BTW, Do you actually own any stock or are you just "concerned for the world at large"?
