well said ragingboom. I also think takeover is quite possible considering the 50% of PrIME will be worth much more than $23 million.
However, I donot wanna accept 30c with the project going ahead, as 30c is only based on Singapore operation, Singapore market ($100m ) Once NSP expands branch into India, Malaysia, China..... MC should be worth much more, and at that time, NSP may become Baxter's takeover target.
