Technically at the moment RIE have 49%.
AUZ will have to spend another $1m or so to earn 80% and RIE is free carried or get 20% for free. RIE talked about contributing to the project in an announcement if anything was found. Both have a good management relationship so that may happen and AUZ may not have to raise any cash in order to meet the costs of any further extensive drilling.
RIE is in a good position but in hindsight should of drilled the thing themselves! Lol
