I agree JoJo. The bid is all cash. So to start with, they have plenty of money. Secondly MinMetal shares are trading higher today in Asia, up 1.5%, so their own holders think it's a good call and third, without the Lundin bid EQN would have been trading around $6.30 so I recon $7.75 is a minimum. I'll be happy to lose some there and more at $8.
