I have been watching the market depth over the last few days and there have been reasonably large sell and buy orders keeping FLT in a tight trading band. I am no expert but it looked to me like a redistribution or some controlling purpose. FYI Roger Montgomery has recently updated FLTs intrinsic value to 46.88.
