    2.7% accumulated shorts, when 92% of shares are held by top 20 shareholders who have been accumulating.

    Assuming that the drop-dead date for buying back shares would be when 1st stage of Pagbilao and Sengkang come into operation, which is say a year from now. It should mean a major turn around in SP within the next 6 months or so.
