    I feel you raise some good points tripleg , EWC need to clean up their outstanding loans so investors have a clean look through at what is owing .
    Trying to pick a part the appendices in the Annual report is a night mare .
    I am surprised the share price did not rerate with the finance in place for the first stage of the Philippine power plant . I will continue to hold, although that is hardly a recommendation.
