• High customer churn - say 100,000 customers disconnect
• Small number of new customers - say 20,000
• Nett result = cashflow positive / still 520,000 customers / still looking forward to new platforms

2) Average case
• Modest customer churn - say 50,000 customers disconnect
• Decent number of new customers - say 100,000
• Nett result = cashflow positive / now 650,000 customers / still looking forward to new platforms

3) Best case
• Low customer churn - say 20,000 customers disconnect
• High number of new customers - say 200,000
• Nett result = cashflow positive / now 780,000 customers / still looking forward to new platforms
