This company only has 29million shares on issue. 19m held by directors. Spoke to them and basically they the director said to me he isn't allowed to buy any more shares otherwise he would be deemed to be taking over th company according to ASIC rules. He has 10million odd shares.That was back when the shares were around 20c and the oppies under 10. And I am f en laughin hey Arch. Its all in the docs.....read em or ring em. But you can take those figures to the bank....!!!!!
