I think your summary is pretty good.
Reocccuring no risk monitoring income being generated each day.
Surplus cash being used to acquire additional business thus increasing earnings and expanding the business.
Seems like a very solid business model ... not sexy, but safe.
One could suggest over the next few years that the sp will slowly creep forward unnoticed by the market.
In regards to directors fees .... well that is always a contentious issue. Happy to pay a fair and reason wage if results potive are delivered
