GWR is already shipping big time via a proxy entity, but not informing the market or the regulators...food for thought...just check out the production timelines they have been announcing in annual reports from 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10 (long long long long time hey?) - they have raised all the money they needed, as planned, and drilled the bejesus out of C3 and C4, as planned, and that's why they have been producing and selling on the side.
If you don't believe it, then ask yourself, what they have been doing since the mid-2000s with all those drilling results and all that money?
