I was on FMJ and AGR resources early (the two latest Potash hopefuls) and I can tell you once the market got a smell of that Potash - bam.
When SBL & ELM had their respective runs, I am thinking that they moved slowly and steadily as Potash fever was only in its infancy when they started to move.
I am not one to guess where the market will take this as I am wrong 90% of the time, but my feeling was always if they can get thier foot in the door with the permits, there would be a serious re-rate.
FMJ went up to about $3.90 (which was close to $400 mill Mcap at the time fully dilluted - the current amount of shares don't tell the whole story they way they were presented in the TRH preso, there is heavy dillution involved to get that 'World Class Postah' project off the ground). And at that time the deal was not even signed and even then it was and still is a heavily convoluted deal involving about five different parties. LOL - I really was gobsmacked just how far she ran (in fact sold too early, but for a very handsome profit) but that is Mr Market for you - he had been drinking too many energy drinks that week.
Not to say this will happen here, we still have to prove up a resource, but seriously even though the resource is deep, it is bigger than STB and ELM (and punters are STILL bullish on those two) and it is in the USA!!!
Oh and just to top it off a 35% holding in RAD
No brainer IMO
